Plus Size Dresses Must be Cute
Have you noticed really cute plus size dresses are hard to find in most stores? When was the last time you shopped for dresses for plus size women? How did it go? Well, one reason it’s difficult to find cute, (and they must be cute) plus size dresses is that most stores simply don’t cater to the plus size woman. Those stores that do specialize in plus size clothing are not readily available in every town across the country. Any store can throw a plus size dress on a rack and call that their plus size department. But, let’s be real. You and I know these clothes are usually ugly, plain, and old fashion. These clothes usually don’t accentuate the curves you have, but rather attempt to hide as much of you as possible. What if you’re in need of the little black dress , cocktail dress or evening dress ? When you are plus size AND looking for a very specific dress, shopping is difficult. You might as well fill up the tank, because you will be driving from store to store. Personally, I’m very picky. I hate to settle for less than the best. When I need to buy a dress whether it’s a spring dress, casual dress, etc., I don’t like wasting my time. So I have a couple of advice items for you. I realize most of you might already know this but here it is. Advice #1: Buy out-of-season clothes. If it's winter and you’re in the stores looking for heavy clothes, that is usually when you see the perfect, cutest summer dress. It’s in your size and marked 50 % OFF! Is that not the truth? Buy that dress now because in 6 months you’re going to be looking for that dress. And unfortunately, it won’t be on sale anymore. Sometimes, it’s hard to find the clothes you want when you want them. When you are not looking for them is when you find them on sale. So, buy out-of-season-clothes. Advice #2: Know your measurements and buy online. This is a must for some women who simply don’t have many stores near them and even fewer plus size stores nearby. Measure your bust line, waist, hips and thighs.
