Every woman needs comfortable jeans right? Of course we do. Comfortable jeans are extremely important because denim is a fabric that can be a bit unforgiving. If the fit isn’t right, your inner thighs can chafe, the waist band might hurt, and so on. Finding the right pair of plus size jeans is essential.
Advice #1: It’s alright to buy stretch denim.
Because denim is often a stiff and hard fabric (compared to most other fabrics) you might want to consider buying jeans that stretch. But, stretch stirrups are still out-lawed ;-)
We all have jeans that don’t stretch. The problem with those are when you wash and dry them, they are difficult to get back on. They are a bit uncomfortable for the first hour you wear them because your body is stretching them out again.
I don’t know about you, but I want to look cute, stylish and be comfortable in my clothes.
Story About Plus Size Seven Jeans:
Let me tell a short story about what my niece said to me a few years ago. This was when the designer jeans called Sevens came out. Apparently the jeans I was wearing looked similar to those designer jeans.
My niece said to me, “Auntie – when did you get those Seven jeans”. I thought she was trying to be funny. I told her I hadn’t seen a size seven in years.
Well she laughed and laughed and told me that they weren’t a size but a designer name.
So I did a little investigating to find some plus size seven jeans. I like to be hip when I can, while still staying true to my age group.
What I’ve notice about jeans in general and not just women’s plus size jeans is that the more money you spend, the better they feel.
Ladies, do not spend $15 for a pair of jeans. Your inner thighs will get irritated, the waistband will dig into your stomach or side and you’ll regret it. I can only imagine after the first wash, you’ll be laying down prostrate trying to squeeze into those jeans again. I can see you. Don’t waist your money.
Advice #2: Spend more on jeans, because cheap denim is uncomfortable.
